We want to be outstanding, not only as an innovative company with a distinctive reputation but also as a progressive, responsible and supportive employer.
We believe Chugai is a great place to work and over the years we’ve created a business we’re really proud of. Of course great products are a part of that… but so are our talented and high-performing people who are constantly looking to raise their game and raise ours too.
And for us, it’s not just about what we do and what we achieve… it’s about how we do things that’s as important. So our values help to shape and guide our actions and behaviours collectively and individually on a daily basis.
We’re a small, focused, high-quality sales organisation and our company structure is intentionally simple. We have two clinical sales teams promoting our rheumatology and haematology/oncology products. They’re supported by commercial, marketing and medical colleagues, along with a small finance and administration team.
If you want to be part of our outstanding team, then keep an eye on the vacancies that will be advertised here as and when they’re available. If you’re keen to make a speculative application and are happy that we hold your details on our system, then please use the button below to email us your CV and we’ll review this against any relevant roles when they become available.
We don't currently have any vacancies but if you think you might be the right person to work with us at Chugai then we would like to hear from you.
